How does Multishot work?

Record once and Multishot saves your video in both a vertical (portrait) and a horizontal (landscape) version at the same time — so you never have to film the same thing twice for different platforms.

Which devices are supported?

Multishot runs on iPhone with a recent version of iOS. Dual-lens recording requires an iPhone with multiple rear cameras; on other devices you can use Single Lens mode, which still produces both portrait and landscape outputs.

Where are my videos saved?

Your recordings are saved to your iPhone’s Photos library. Everything stays on your device — Multishot never uploads your videos anywhere.

Why does the app need camera, microphone and photo permissions?

Camera and microphone are needed to record video; photo library access is needed to save the finished videos. These permissions are used only on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I choose the aspect ratio and quality?

Yes. You can pick from multiple portrait and landscape aspect ratios (9:16, 4:5, 1:1, 16:9, 21:9 and more), platform presets (TikTok, Reels, YouTube…), resolution (4K / 1080p), frame rate (24/30/60 fps) and file format (MOV / MP4).
